EDC For Vinyl Chloride Monomer Production, also known as 1,2-Dichloroethane for VCM Synthesis, is a high-performance intermediate specially developed for the core link of Vinyl Chloride Monomer (VCM) production, refined and produced in our Aolansu factory in China. Adopting advanced ethylene direct chlorination and multi-stage precision rectification technology, referring to the latest industrial technical concepts and complying with the clean production standards for chlor-alkali industry (PVC), our product achieves a purity of ≥99.9%, with extremely low impurity content (≤0.1%) and moisture content (≤0.01%), which can effectively ensure the efficiency of VCM cracking reaction and the quality of final PVC products. It is a colorless, transparent and volatile liquid with a slight chloroform-like odor, molecular formula C₂H₄Cl₂ and molecular weight 98.96, featuring stable chemical properties, excellent cracking performance and good compatibility with ethylene, chlorine and other raw materials.
